About Harrigan Development Partners

Partners, Tom Hargrove and Brian McGown, represent Harrigan Development Partners, LLC.

Tom Hargrove has spent the last 23 years in the residential construction and development industry, mainly focusing on the development of residential lots for production and custom homebuilders.  Tom has extensive experience working with homebuilders and Municipal Utility Districts. His long-standing relationships with key commercial real estate and engineering companies position Harrigan Development Partners ideally for the growing Houston real estate market. Tom is on the board of directors for Bridging for Tomorrow, a community development nonprofit serving local Title 1 schools, serves weekly at Nitsch Elementary, leading a Bible Club for over 180 elementary students who voluntarily attend, has traveled to India, Honduras, and Mozambique on various mission trips, and is a member of Champions Country Club.

Brian McGown, a graduate of Texas A&M, has spent the last twelve years in the world of financial management.  Brian spent five years as a partner/owner in a business valuation services and management consulting firm with a primary focus on the brokerage of dental and medical practices. In 2008, he sold his portion of the business to become the Executive Pastor at Faithbridge Church in Spring, TX.  He serves on the board of directors for Breakaway Ministries and Bridging for Tomorrow, a community development nonprofit serving local Title 1 schools.
